BIX-IDE is the Self Digital OnBoarding cloud service that allows users’ identity to be verified remotely, for example, for purchasing a product, activating a service, or mandatory identification in Advanced Electronic Signature processes.

Users independently accomplish the identification process using artificial intelligence and biometrics. The process is quick and safe, taking only a few minutes. Users simply follow the instructions on the screen.

AI and BIOMETRY

Users upload their document and record a video selfie. In real time, BIX-IDE ascertains identity by verifying data, performing biometric and liveness detection analysis.

VERIFICATION WITH OTP CODE

The user starts the identification process in the platform, the phone number connected to the user’s session is verified by OTP code.

DOCUMENT DETECTION

The user uploads the chosen ID (passport, ID card or driver’s license) and the artificial intelligence verifies its validity.

DATA COLLECTION DOCUMENTS

OCR systems automatically extract data from the uploaded ID (e.g., first name, last name, social security number..).

FACE MATCHING AND LIVENESS

The user frames their face, and the AI performs the biometric comparison of the video selfie and verifies that the user is physically present.

VERIFICATION WITH OPERATOR

If the recognition threshold is not met, the process is suspended and an operator intervenes to evaluate the current operation. *Optional

Evidence of the recognition process: videos, images, logs and mathematical results are stored in accordance with the IX-CE system. *Optional
